Today I was meant to get started on my last ditch effort to pass my exam, essentially a five-day cram-a-thon till Thursday.

Cockle Bay Wharf – Whale watching; Cafe Morso, Pyrmont – Lunch and drinks; Ventunos, Wharf 7 – more drinks; Lord Nelson, Rocks – beers accompanied by renegade wedding party guests; Hero of Waterloo, Rocks – more drinks accompanied by geriatric jazz band; (detour – Guylian Cafe, oh-my-goodness ginger and chocolate cookies!); (detour – Victorian Yeeros, nothing to report but regretful digestion) Red Rattler, Marrickville – Fright Night (How Nick Coyle got his groove back, a shaggy-dog story well worth the death of a Care Bear).

A great start to a promising exam effort, don’t you think?
